Do you want to get an early start of your networking?  In order to facilitate you to pre-arrange your meetings with important contacts, you will have an access to the list of all speakers, exhibitors, registered attendees, and VIP guests 7 days before the event takes place. The access to the meeting area is free of charge.

We offer the following registration discounts for attendees. Note that the discounts can not be combined:

After paying full price for the first attendee, all other attendees from the same organization will receive 10% off the 1 day total package.

If 3 attendees from the same organization are registered, the 4th pass is for free.  

Government & Academic Discounts – Till 31th of March 2016, all governmental, municipal, academic, and student attendees receive 40% off the registration fee.  After March 30 the registration will be at its regular price.

Student discount: Note that students must provide copies of ID cards and personalized letters from their universities to prove full-time status. Students under 28 are eligible only.  For verification, please send scanned copies of these materials to ( office@viaexpo.com ).

All registration fees must be paid via bank transfer in advance.  We provide complete banking details once you register.

All cancellations must be in writing.  We charge a €25 non-refundable administrative fee for any cancellations prior to 14th March 2016.  Cancellations after this deadline will not result in a refund.  However, it is possible to transfer your event pass to another attendee.    

We will not share your contact details with any third parties.  However, we may send you occasional administrative information via email.  If you prefer not to receive this correspondence, please contact us directly after completing your registration ( office@viaexpo.com ).   

20% VAT is applicable to the above quoted prices except for VAT registered companies from EU countries, outside Bulgaria.
