INTERVIEW

Mr. Eklund, please tell us briefly about your activities and product portfolio.

International Baler Service works in three lines:

● Selling second hand equipment for the waste paper industry

Our Main product is second hand paper balers made by Presona in Sweden. Our biggest markets are Russia and the area around Russia. We cooperate there with a company EXIMO from St. Petersburg.

● Selling spare parts for Presona Balers
Westartedthis activity in 2001. Biggest markets: EU, Russia and the Middle East.

● Waste paper trading

International Baler Service helps its customers to find waste paper. In 2014 International Baler Service is going to build up contact network of waste paper suppliers. Starting from the beginningof 2015, "One of Our Old Customers - Friends" from the Middle East will import between 20´000 tons up to 25´000 tonsOCC waste paper each month.

You work together with the biggest paper producer in the Middle East. Please tell us briefly about this project.

Before founding International Baler Service in 2001,Tom Eklund had worked together with Presona in Sweden for 25 years.

During the time with Presona Tom Eklund started a cooperation with companies from the Middle East.During the last 8 years they bought, bulit up and started two paper mills in Europe. In 2013 they bought a third paper mill in Europe, which will start activity in2015.It will consume around 1´200 tons waste paper each 24 hours.

The waste paperfor the first and second paper mills will be supplied from the Middle East, but for the third mill they need to import this material.

International Baler Service's main target is tobuilt up contact network of waste papersuppliers who will be able to provide waste paper.

The test run of the third paper mill will start in May 2015 and we need to have at least 50´000 tons waste paper on stock.

After July 2015 the production should be 50% - 60%, with a trend to increase and cover the full production capacity till the end of 2015 or early 2016. The waste paper import will follow the production increase and it will reach around 25´000 tons per month.

Tom Eklund and one of the owners of the paper mills will be at the stand of International Baler Service company at ‘Save the Planet’ from 5-th to 7-th March 2014.

What are your aims related with your participation at ‘Save the Planet’ 2014 and who are your potential customers you would like to meet at your stand?

The most important reason for International Baler Service to be at the Exhibition is to find suppliers of  waste paper for our customer from the Middle East.

Of course, we will promote our second hand equipment for the waste paper industry and the spare parts for Presona Balers.

Do you have an established sales network in South-East Europe? How do you estimate the potential of this market?

We don´t have any established sales network in South-East Europe, and during the Exhibitionwe will look forcompanies interested to workwith us.I belive this partof Europe has a big potential, and I really expect  to develop our business in this area.
