Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization

Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization is a regional intergovernmental organization established in 1992 with the purpose to develop multilateral economic cooperation and development in the region through joint efforts, dialogue and good neighnourliness, The Organization has 12 Member States from the wider Black Sea area: Republic of Albania, Republic of Armenia, Republic of Azerbaijan, Republic of Bulgaria, Georgia, Hellenic Republic, Republic of Moldova. Romania. Russian Federation, Republic of Serbia, Republic of Turkey and Ukraine. The Headquarters of the Organization, hosting its Permanent International Secretariat, is in Istanbul.
