An interview with Mrs. Krasimira Grancharova, manager of MAKS - 4EM LTD.
Mrs. Grancharova, could you give a brief preview of the products that You are representing?
The manufacturing company Prity is specialized in the production of fireplaces, stoves and boilers with and without water jacket, working both on pellets and hard fuel. Following the international trends in heating as well as the ecological requirements we keep expanding our variety of pellet burning fireplaces and burners.
This year our clients will be able to find Prity’s new products. One of them is the pellet firebox with water jacket – Prity KP W24. The model is a 24 kw firebox to build in with water jacket
Where is the manufacturer located?
‘Prity’ is a Bulgarian manufacturer and is based in Lyaskovets and Gorna Oryahovitsa. The company is on the market for over twenty years. They continue to improve and widen the range of eco-friendly products which are compliant with the European regulations.
In Your opinion what are the most popular products?
The accent recently is leaning more towards the pellet products. This type of fuel is successfully replacing the up until now commonly used for domestic heating wood, coal and briquettes. Instead of being left to rot and in the process produce toxic emissions, the eco-friendly resources are now being converted more and more to the advantage of people. With today’s capabilities of automation of the burning process the client receives a product that is easy to use with an even higher level of comfort.
What additional services can You provide to Your clients?
We at MAKS – 4EM constantly strive to find new and innovative products to add to our already rich assortment. This includes not only the previously mentioned heating products, but the periphery as well, such as flues, radiators, water heaters and other consumables needed for such systems. Our newest products are from the ‘Verso’ series and include an 8 and 10 kw model that provide the best combination of price to quality ratio with the bonus of a stylish design.
Another branch of our business is the production and development of facings for fireboxes from natural materials from a catalogue, as well as personal projects. In addition to the facings in our workshop we manufacture top facings for kitchen countertops, as well as for floors, walls, steps and everywhere else that is desired. A wide variety of colors from limestone, granite and marble is always available. In addition, we offer building, setup of the facings and warranty and post warranty service.

What are the payment options that are available to Your clients?
Each of our products can be purchased from us with every available commonly used method, cash, with a debit/credit card as well as on credit.

At what time of the year is it most suitable to start thinking of a heating installation?
Keeping in mind the specifics for said installation and setting up a stone facing usually most suitable are the warmer months of the year, of course it is individually variable depending on different arrangements and finances.
