Recommended use of the liquid egg white (Liquid Egg Whites) of Pure Nutrition:
It can be used for high protein, low carbohydrate omelets or scrambled eggs. You can always add it to your protein shake or embarrassed to increase the protein content. The product can be used for the preparation of desserts such as souffle, ice cream, kissing, pancakes, biscuits and other sweets. The product should be stored at temperatures between 0 and 25 degrees for the entire shelf life. Temperature above 25 degrees is not appropriate. After opening the bottle, immediately put it in the fridge (making sure that the cap is securely tightened) and consumed within the next 48 hours. Unopened bottles can be kept frozen for up to 12 months. To defrost the product, put it in the refrigerator for about 10-12 hours and not eat until it is completely thawed.
